JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Driver Manager
Shift: Extended Coverage - Evenings, Saturday Work Required When the Plant Runs
Department: Operations
Location: Gainesville, GA
Reports to: Terminal Manager
Principle Responsibilities:
Managementandoversightofall driver-related job functions including but not limited to, operations,safety,compliance, employee relations,customer serviceclaims,andbreakdown.
Maintain effective communication with load planners and customer service representativesto ensure on-time delivery and load accuracy.
Assistas needed with respect to HR-led initiatives, including but not limited to, submitting documents to payroll, issuance of disciplinary action, and general communication between driver and management.
Administer daily and weekly business-related reporting.
Assist with appointments and scheduling, load building and drive cam reviews.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
General experience in the trucking industry.
Proficient in general computer software.
Experience working in TMW and/or Electronic Logs is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsboth verbal and written.
Strong understanding ofFMSCA Hours of Service andCompliance.
Strongtime management skillsandable to prioritize effectively
A proven leader and team player, dependable,consistent, andreliable.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Base salary range of $40,000.00 to $50,000.00;and
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’squarterlybonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
