PrimaryResponsibilities of a Drafter Process work orders for job boxes.Communicate with CNC operator on programming items as needed. Use excelto type up cabinet work orders Knowledge in construction methods ofcustom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Must be able to communicateverbally and possess good writing skills. Communicate with shop foreman.Communicate with sales rep. Communicate with shop assemblers a needed.Ability to field measure at jobsites when needed. This may be with ateam member or on your own. Understanding of cabinet hardware. Must beorganized in documentation. Experience Must have experience with AutoCAD. Microsoft office computer skills also required for Outlook, Word, andExcel. Will be required to learn Microvellum drafting software. Trainingwill be provided in house and hired for assistance as needed; ability tolearn on the go will also be required. This position requiresorganization for job folders, plan sets, work orders, and order forms.Hours 7am- 330pm full time position Monday through Friday. Overtime mayoccur from time to time to meet deadlines if needed.
