　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Who you are:

　　Domain expert should bring in the functional and domain intelligence and should be able to give direct inputs to the data scientist and other data modelers in the functional aspect of the data being used and the lateral effects of the data across various tax agencies

　　An important role that the functional experts will play will be with regard to Ad Hoc Data Request and Reporting Requests of customs services.

　　What you'll do:

　　The functional team should assist the query/ reporting team in understanding the queries and the nature of report to be generated. Once generated, the functional team is required to validate the same before being sent out. The team shall also be responsible for making the larger team understand the context and the nature of the fields pertaining to the different tables of source data and help them correlate the data for their understanding and effective contribution to the client in the long runRequired Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Mandatorily required to be a qualified Chartered Accountant

　　Domain expert should have knowledge of best practices used by custom agencies globally

　　Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in Indirect Tax (Customs) Domain. Articleship experience shall not be considered and that the 5 years required of experience shall not include experience in anything other than Indirect Tax.
