The Sales Specialist Chromatography for Cytiva is responsible for sales in the Protein Research division.

This position is part of the located in Western Germany (NRW) and will be Home Office based.

What you will do:

Coordination of prospect processing in the assigned sales territory and independent determination of sales activities based on the data provided (profiling) by the account managers

Building up a reference customer base as well as intensifying, consolidating and maintaining customer relationships with potential and existing customers with the aim of developing and promoting customer interest in our products

Supporting the account managers in certain sales activities such as sales visits/events, seminars, quarterly planned advertising campaigns and exhibitions

Conducting or organizing product training and technical support for customers when purchasing a new product as well as continuous training measures in follow-up support for the IB

Preparation of customer-specific offers in accordance with the general terms and conditions

Who you are:

Scientific Background in Biology, Biotechnology or Chemistry

Experienced user of our AKTA platform and Chromatography Products

Good communication skills

Good Presentation Skills

Interested in Sales processes and Salesmanship

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

If you have already several years of experience in selling equipment and applications within the Life Science Industry

Detailed knowledge and Skills in Protein Chromatography

Fluent in German and English

Der Verkaufsspezialist Chromatographie für Cytiva ist für den Verkauf im Bereich Proteinforschung verantwortlich. Diese Position ist Teil der im Westdeutschland (NRW) und wird im Home Office angesiedelt sein.

Was Sie tun werden:

Koordination der Interessentenbearbeitung im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet und eigenständige Festlegung der Vertriebsaktivitäten auf Basis der von den Kundenbetreuern bereitgestellten Daten (Profiling)

Aufbau eines Referenzkundenstamms sowie Intensivierung, Festigung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen zu potenziellen und bestehenden Kunden mit dem Ziel, das Kundeninteresse an unseren Produkten zu entwickeln und zu fördern

Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer bei bestimmten Verkaufsaktivitäten wie Verkaufsbesuche/Veranstaltungen, Seminare, vierteljährlich geplante Werbekampagnen und Ausstellungen

Durchführung bzw. Organisation von Produktschulungen und technischem Support für Kunden beim Kauf eines neuen Produkts sowie von kontinuierlichen Schulungsmaßnahmen in der Nachbetreuung des IB

Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Angeboten gemäß den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen

Wer Sie sind:

Wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund in Biologie, Biotechnologie oder Chemie

Erfahrener Anwender unserer AKTA-Plattform und Chromatographie-Produkte

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Interesse an Verkaufsprozessen und Verkaufskunst

Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch über frühere Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich verfügen:
