About DLA Senior Program Manager

  DLA Senior Program Manager

  D&G is seeking a highly talented Senior Program Manager responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Portfolio, where D&G has been an award winning prime contractor since 2016. The DLA Portfolio includes multiple contracts currently supporting DLA J3 and J6 programs across a board spectrum of logistics, information technology, planning, data analytics and research and development domains. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a multifunctional team supporting one of DoD’s highest priority organizations.

  Responsibilities:

  Responsible for the oversight and performance of D&G’s DLA Portfolio/Business Unit, currently comprised of eight separate programs and approximately 30 full time employees.

  Provides guidance and direction to each of D&G’s DLA Program Managers relative to the cost, schedule, and performance of their programs/contracts.

  Supports future business development efforts to include D&G’s capture efforts for current and future DLA and adjacent clients.

  Assists D&G’s COO and DHS Director in growing company capabilities in support of DLA and other areas where the Senior Program Manager has expertise.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s Degree.

  Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading programs supporting Federal Clients.

  Minimum of 5 years supporting DoD HQ and/or Major Command level organizations.

  Outstanding verbal and communications skills

  Program Management Professional Certification (PMP).

  Secret Clearance

  Desired Qualifications:

  Experience supporting DLA and/or a Service/Combatant Command J4.

  Experience supporting business development, business capture, proposal development

  Place of Performance: Hybrid: Primarily remote location (employee choice) with one day a week coordination desired on site at DLA HQ, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060.
