　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Ensures efficient and effective deployment of nursing initiatives and processes and acts as key interface for cross-functional initiatives and responsibilities (e.9., staffing and scheduling, recruiting, etc.)

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Masters Degree

　　5+ years of experience in hospital analytics

　　5+ years of experience in hospital operations
