The Division Control Specialist (Industrial Services) is responsible for all aspects of division organization including but not limited to scheduling of personnel and equipment, production and processing of daily required field paperwork and communication with division staff. Maintaining accurate records of site-specific training for the division and scheduling of required refreshers. Organizing and accurately taking notes during project kick-off meetings and distribute records to all involved personnel. Meet with clients to understand project needs.

Coordiate Industrial Services projects during business hoursCoordinate emergency response projects during business hoursWork with Director of Regulatory Services on disposal schedulingPurchase order requestsCommunicate with business development regarding project needsVessel Clean Out PermittingCoordination of rental equipment for Industrial Services and Emergency ResponseCoordination of temporary employees when neededTracking of Roll-off-boxes and Vac BoxesPrepares and distributes meeting documentation and monitors action items as necessaryMaintain site specific training records for division personnel and schedule refreshers when requiredConsistent communicationVerify accurate and complete incoming paperwork from the fieldOrganize, scan and process incoming paperwork from the fieldAssist divisional Vice President and Director of Transportation as directedSupport and comply with all components of the company's safety programThese items are not meant to be exhaustive of responsibilities, duties or requirements.
