Advantive is looking for early career professionals to join our client education team. This Education Specialist role is within our Professional Services organization and will guide our customers, partners, and internal resources to become experts in the Advantive products, specifically Distribution solutions by facilitating and delivering educational offerings. This position requires that you be dynamic, organized, and a self-starter.

　　The role may suit an individual with extensive implementation experience who has a passion for training and helping customers achieve value from their investments in our solutions. As an Education Specialist your primary focus will be delivering education to various stakeholders rather than creating or developing content.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and deliver content curriculum and successful learning experiences for our customers and industry partners using a variety of methods and media

　　Assist the lead training professional in the following areas: Curriculum development and instructional design, facilitation skills, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness

　　Consult with customers and industry partners/associations to understand the target audience(s) and identify learning needs appropriately

　　Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to set objectives for learning that aligns with business goals and desired instructional outcomes

　　Maintain consistency with language, technical publications, style guides, and UI guides across all learning platforms and content

　　Acquire familiarity with the company's product suite to holistically comprehend learners’ interactions and responses to content when transmitted via a range of delivery methods

　　Maintain project documentation and perform related administrative tasks as needed

　　Skills & Other Requirements:

　　0-3 years of experience in content development and/or training program design and development

　　3+ years operational experience within the distribution sector either as a user, advisor or implementation consultant delivering training

　　Must have worked in the distribution space

　　Experience with MS Office and key training-related tools such as Snagit, Storyline, Articulate

　　Ability to edit and write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts

　　Visual design skills

　　Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance and continuously meet deadlines

　　Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

　　Ability to synthesize Advantive’s product and solution capabilities into a simple and easily understood training format for diverse audiences

　　Professional presence with the ability to listen to, understand and present to customers

　　Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance with customers

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

　　Up to 25% travel for customer events and/or occasional onsite training
