Dispatcher will search and accept loads from various load boards and customers via computer, fax, and telephone within company guidelines. Dispatches drivers via computer to pick up and deliver loads. The dispatcher is responsible for managing approximately 15 to 20 drivers to assure customer satisfaction. Position requires proficient computer and typing skills, strong communication skills, mathematical calculations to determine rate per mile and averages, customer service skills, and ability to work in very fast pace constant changing environment. Will perform other related duties as assigned.
