　　Responsibilities:

　　Clean various types of dishes and utensils for cooking or serving.

　　Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

　　Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

　　Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.

　　Sweep and scrub floors.

　　Qualifications:

　　Experience as a Dishwasher in a high volume environment.

　　Knowledge of dishware, floors and area washing procedures

　　Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

　　Able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

　　Able to stand for extended periods.
