　　The Sanitation Associate is responsible for washing all utensils, containers, rolling carts and dishes used in food preparation, cooking and packaging. All the activities involved in maintaining cleanliness and a food safe environment in production areas, surrounding areas and equipment. Regular and timely attendance.
