About Director, TRIO Talent Search

　　Duties:The Director will organize and administer all aspects of the Montana Technological University TRIO Talent Search program, including but not limited to;• Assume leadership of Talent Search program, provide administrative oversight to program operations• Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate the six standardized project objectives of grant• Establish, monitor, and administer funds of grant• Collect student achievement data through collaboration with staff, target schools and data warehouses at OPI andOCHE as well as National Student Clearinghouse• Hold responsibility that all 510 student files (both digital and hard copy) are in federal compliance• Create and submit the annual performance report in compliance with federal regulation as well as create school levelannual reports that address local administrators' points of interest.• Identify, select, train, and supervise the work of a Talent Search Coach in each of the target schools• Provide leadership for effective parental and community involvement• Ability to work weekends and evenings
