HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

What your day-to-day will be like:
Advise global clients on HR employee relations consulting activities including, coaching, counseling, corrective counseling, investigations, talent management, adverse impact, and employment separations to mitigate risk.Oversee the Hilton Global Ethics Reporting System and the internal HR Case Management system to include HR case assignments, trend monitoring and reporting, data integrity for compliance.Identify focus areas for analysis and implementation of integrated HR solutions that support the clients' global business strategy while mitigating risk and promoting HR initiatives.How you will collaborate with others:
Build strong consultative relationships with clients and partners across the business.Work with departments such as Legal, Fraud, Finance, and governmental agencies on information requests and investigations.Collaborate with other members of Global HR group to ensure best service is delivered to clients.What projects you will take ownership of:
Ensure that effective and robust documentation techniques are used and maintain accurate, confidential records regarding all reported matters and fact-finding documentation.Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

Seven (7) years of experience in a large corporate, matrixed environmentTwo (2) years of managerial experienceStrong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointThis is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite in the McLean office at least two days per week.Travel up to 15%It would be useful if you have:
