　　Focus AreasGovernance: Lead, manage and execute the product and solutions governance processes.Project Management and Execution: Operational lead on cross-portfolio initiatives. Tracking, managing and coordinating product roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, and business reviews.Stakeholder Management: Serving as a liaison between the VP of Portfolio Solutions & Services, and other senior executives, internal teams, and external partners. Managing communication and relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product success.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other departments.Process Optimization: Streamlining and improving product management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and increase quality.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management teams, by staying updated on industry best practices.Preferred Experience and SkillsProduct Management Background: Experience in product management and/or product operations is required. Demonstrable understanding of the product development lifecycle, customer needs, and market dynamics. Preferably in the software industry in the open-source domain.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Previous roles that involved extensive cross-functional collaboration, especially with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams.Leadership Roles: Prior experience in leadership positions, such as manager, or director. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.Project Management: Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing product processes, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders, both internal (executives, team members) and external (partners, clients).Change Management: Background in managing transitions, organizational changes, or shifts in strategy, with a focus on minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth transition.Innovation and Ideation: Exposure to fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking, and driving new product ideas.English language fluency required. Additional languages are a plus.Personal AttributesYou have an extreme bias for action and ability to work across multiple initiatives while navigating highly ambiguous problems and taking the lead in initiating projects that strive to simplify complexity.
