  As a data-driven, results-oriented People team, we help leaders make key decisions and drive outcomes to deliver for our customers.

  We are seeking a Director, People Partner to work with senior leaders in our Walmart US organizations. In this role, you'll focus on driving people strategy and execution, transforming the business, and setting the talent agenda for the function. You'll influence leaders, work cross-functionally, and collaborate with the COE team on topics such as Culture Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and attracting amazing talent. You build people partner relationships effectively with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business. You have excellent organizational savviness to drive associate and business outcomes while navigating cross-functional stakeholders and leaders. You have experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams and leaders to prioritize headcount and attract top talent. You have experience working with complex workforces and have experience in org design and transformation initiatives. You have sound judgment and experience in associate and manager coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.

   You'll make an impact by...

  Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Ensuring consistent implementation of HR practices and systems. Providing guidance and consulting on HR issues to business leaders. Analyzing business objectives and customer needs to drive overall direction. Overseeing HR project management teams and ensuring adherence to commitments. Monitoring talent management and implementing diversity and performance initiatives. Attracting and retaining a skilled and engaged workforce through recruitment and development strategies.

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years' experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years' experience in human resources or related area.

  1 year's supervisory experience.
