　　Position OverviewThe Cloud, Applications, and Infrastructure (CA&I) business unit within Unisys provides consulting, managed services, and project delivery services for our global customers. As the Director of Network Infrastructure, you will be reporting to the Global Head of Delivery.

　　The network leader will be an integral part of the Hybrid Infrastructure Services (HIS) delivery organization responsible for leading our global network team of 300+ associates and managing multimillion-dollar accounts. You will be responsible for providing thought leadership to our internal and external stakeholders in driving the business outcomes and generating new business.

　　You will be part of a high-performance organization of client delivery professionals that collaborate across different capability teams to drive growth-oriented results. You will instill an automation-first, next generation growth mindset in transforming the global network team.

　　As the Network leader, you will be responsible for reviewing, proposing, designing, hybrid and Multicloud network solutions to meet existing and prospective client's technological and business outcomes. As a technical leader in Unisys, you play a critical role in advancing the overall network strategy, defining architectural standards, best practices, standardize on tools and technologies for network solutions and overall organizational change management and transformation. You'llcontinually be learning about new technologies and looking to the future for why, and how our clients or prospects should be adopting them for value realization.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　To build a robust network delivery practice! As a leader of the delivery organization at Unisys, this position requires a strong desire to build a dynamic, growth mindset, results-oriented network delivery practice.

　　To build and enhance the associate experience of global network associates across the business unit.

　　Has engagement level services profitability responsibility and manages services delivery for multiple engagements.

　　Manages all financials and operational metrics for the service line in region.

　　Works with leadership to ensure that the organization's strategy is consistent with Unisys strategy.

　　Achieves profitable revenue growth through the successful implementation of the business strategy.Project Management and Service Delivery

　　Provides delivery of services consistent with Unisys strategy.

　　Provides leadership and creativity in the design and implementation of client engagements.

　　Manages the delivery and implementation of a broad range of services through the full engagement lifecycle.

　　Directs the concurrent activities of multiple engagement teams.

　　Consistently achieves or exceeds engagement revenue, margin, service level objectives and quality targets.

　　Effectively manages engagement risks, identifying and promptly notifying senior management of the potential impact of such risks and alternative approaches to mitigating them.Client Relationship Management

　　You will be successful in this role if you have:Required Qualifications, skills, and expertise

　　Bachelor's degree in relative area of study, master's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience and certifications

　　15+ years total combined experience, with at least 10 years leading large high performance technical delivery teams in a global IT consulting environment highly preferred.

　　Experience in managing Multimillion-dollar P&L of >$25million in value

　　Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and managing Network services for hybrid and multicloud environments for large enterprises

　　Experience with building hybrid SD-WAN services, network transformation, network modernization services

　　Experience in designing and implementing networking for major cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

　　Subject Matter Expert in software defined infrastructure, infrastructure as code, automation, and technology optimization to include hybrid and Multicloud migration strategy, planning, and implementation.

　　Must possess the ability to effectively communicate direction, commit people to action, and convey complex information in easily understood formats.

　　The role requires an individual that is highly collaborative with strong influencing skills, ambitious, creative, highly resourceful, self-driven and results oriented.
