  Job Description

  A passionate Director of Growth, North America who will represent all of our core service offering available at SGS & Co on our Team. You will ensure our SGS & Co pipeline will be filled with production, reprographics to print services as well as holistic or single service opportunities. You will partner with the other Growth Team Members across the globe, Directors of Growth, VPs of Growth, EVP of Growth and the Commercial Leaders in our Core Teams.

  You will act as the Strategic New Business Leader and become a trusted resource for SGS & Co. In your role you will liaise between potential new clients, existing client with growth opportunities and our internal cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of RFP submissions, lead discovery calls, credential presentations and/or strategic solutions across SGS & Co. You will be responsible to be the 1st Core connect to identify the needs of the Client and the Client ask/needs when it comes to New Business Opportunities for SGS & Co North America.

  Your primary responsibilities will be the growth of our SGS & Co new business pipeline and you will partner with the wider Growth Team in your region as the 2nd chair / point of contact for new opportunities. VP of Growth in your region will be 1st Chair.

  Generate new clients from discovery, approach, to pitch and fostering the new relationship to first project before transitioning business to Client Service teams.

  Accountable For

  The initial new business client relationship, new business opportunities, RFPs, organic growth opportunities with the SGS & Co Team and the dedicated NBD forecast.

  As Defined By

  The growth of the business in leads, revenue generation (net new and organic), contributing margin, successful achievement of identified KPIs, and growth of both direct and indirect teams.

  Responsibilities

  Get immersed in the exciting, fast-paced, SGS & Co Culture to be able to present our strategic solutions to new and existing clientsOversee New Business Development as part of the Enterprise SGS & Co Growth Team - must be able to identify all opportunities and needs with any new leads and speak to potential opportunities involving all aspects of our services. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders Attend conferences and industry events to foster new leads across SGS & CoAbility to apply insights and support RFPs, new business needs and new client lead meetingsEffectively present and communicate rationale and solutions to clients across an array of both Marks and SGS services Ability to build credential decks in keynote and/or pptxAbility to multi-task and problem-solve on a daily basisOngoing - Recommend improvements in the New Business Design process and utilization of resources and subject matter expertsWrite larger scale or strategic proposals, RFPs, estimates and SOWs based on new client requests from the Growth/NBD team - must ensure alignment from subject matter experts, VP of Growth, EVP of Growth and SVP of Commercial AccountsForecast and track key metrics, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  Success in the Role

  Success in this role is achieved by consistently demonstrating the active pipeline for SGS & Co opportunities with new clients and/or new targets. Identifying growth opportunities with key targets, uphold the SGS & Co standard of excellence, manage multiple priorities with internal and external clients, and make sound decisions to ensure the business moves forward resulting in wins for new business and/or business for the broader collective.

  Education & Experience Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or SalesMinimum 10+ years of experience in new business, account management and/or leadershipMinimum 10+ years of experience working with clients on packaging, reprographics, production print, digital, marketing communications, image carriersProficient using Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PPTX and Keynote

  Must Possess

  Experience in Client Service and leading Client relationships/partnershipsMaking new client relationships and cold calling potential clients to gain an active pipelineCommand an audience and feel comfortable presenting to large groups / clientsHave a positive, proactive attitude towards opportunities and potential problemsAbility to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelSuperior written and interpersonal communication skills that can flex and navigate easily across multiple clients and project teamsCurious nature and a commitment to continuous learningThorough understanding of the design - print processApproachable with the desire to foster and maintain relationships within the organization. You hold a valid passport and have the ability to travel

  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   Qualifications

  Education

  Bachelors of Business Administration (required)

  Experience

  10 years: Minimum years of experience in new business, account management and/or leadership (required)

  10 years: Minimum years of experience working with clients on packaging, reprographics, production print, digital, marketing communications, image carriers (required)

  Proficient using Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PPTX and Keynote (required)

  Experience in Client Service and leading Client relationships/partnerships (required)

  Making new client relationships and cold calling potential clients to gain an active pipeline (required)

  Command an audience and feel comfortable presenting to large groups / clients (required)
