　　Oversee all daily operations of GiuliaOversee daily operations of Spyhouse, which serves the best coffee in MinneapolisWork closely with Chef Steven Brown and the culinary leadership on propertyWork closely with the sales, catering, and marketing departments to maximize revenueEnsure both guest experience excellence and employment experience excellence at all timesManage all financial aspects of the F&B operation (labor, F&B costs, and expenses)Execute small banquet and catering events in the hotel's limited meeting spaceQualificationsIdeal Director of Food & Beverage candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
