Description

Our client, a rapidly growing business consulting firm, is currently seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join their team. In this position, you will play a key role in guiding the financial and operational strategies of the company, while also effectively lending your expertise to clients. Responsibilities will include preparing annual budgets and forecasts, managing cash flow, reconciliating all G/L and intercompany accounts, and overseeing the monthly close process. Furthermore, you will be building financial models, analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements. Requirements

-Bachelor’ degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

-Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

-CPA preferred

-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

-Excellent communication and leadership skills
