　　Director of Estimating to lead our estimating team in providing accurate and

　　comprehensive cost estimates for steel construction projects. As a key leader

　　within our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of

　　our steel construction business.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead and oversee the estimating team in preparingdetailed and accurate cost estimates for steel construction projects, focusing

　　on steel framework buildings.

　　Collaborate with project managers, engineers, andother stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, specifications,

　　and blueprints.

　　Utilize your expertise to evaluate material,labor, and equipment costs to determine the most competitive and accurate

　　estimates for our customers.

　　Develop and maintain relationships with suppliersand subcontractors to ensure the availability of accurate pricing information

　　for steel materials and related services.

　　Provide strategic guidance to the team to optimizethe estimating process and enhance the overall accuracy and efficiency of cost

　　estimates.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,Civil Engineering, or related field.

　　Extensive experience in estimating for steelconstruction projects, with a focus on steel framework buildings.

　　Proven leadership and management skills, with theability to inspire and guide a team of estimators to achieve departmental

　　goals.

　　Strong understanding of steel materials,construction methods, and industry standards.

　　Exceptional analytical and problem-solvingabilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in estimating.
