  ABOUT THE JOB:

  The Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for a portfolio of applications and IT services, budget optimization, vendor management, resource allocation and process ownership. This position will partner closely with internal customers and drive strategic initiatives related to SAP ECC and SAP technologies.

  WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  Direct the SAP Functional, Technical and Security teams responsible for WillScot Mobile Mini’s SAP ECC on HANA ERP.

  Manage support activities to address end user inquiries within the established SLAs.

  Manage defect resolution and enhancement solutions to be delivered on time as prioritized and planned.

  Manage project initiatives to be delivered on time, on budget and within the staffing plan.

  Partner with the business and other support groups to drive the appropriate IT investment, ensure optimal user experience and valuable returns.

  Ensure proper architecture, monitoring, and stability improvements for our SAP technologies.

  Ensure expected performance of all integrations, stable operations, and fast resolution of integration related issues.

  Implement audit, security and monitoring solutions to provide proactive operational support.

  Work with cross functional teams on understanding the requirements for integration, designing, and developing the integrations.

  Ensure proper quality practices are implemented to achieve quality and stability goals for production changes.

  Partner with Internal Audit to ensure proper controls and execution of controls to achieve 0 deficiencies.

  EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor’s Degree in CIS preferred

  PMP certification desirable

  Minimum 10 years of implementing and managing SAP

  Experience managing an integrated application landscape

  Experience implementing program and project management discipline in an organization

  Experience executing various project methodologies

  Minimum 10 years of experience managing both software and hardware programs

  Knowledge of software systems development life cycle

  Knowledge of business requirements development as well as design, build, test, configuration and implementation process for application and system software and hardware implementation projects

  Experience working in a SOX compliant environment

  Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across various levels of the organization

  Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across various levels of the organization

  Strong experience with vendor management

  Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
