| Posting Summary | The Director of Operations is a member of the highly collaborative senior staff that reports to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Strategy, Diversity and Community Engagement. The Director of Operations will direct, coordinate, and manage the operations of the Division of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement, and provide support to both the Senior Vice Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for Governmental and External Affairs on building and managing relationships with key constituencies and stakeholders across New Jersey, the Philadelphia Metropolitan region and Washington, D.C. The position requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that allow the Division leadership and staff to achieve campus goals for diversity, equity and inclusion and community engagement. The Director will also be responsible for oversight in managing complex events and myriad of division specific campus-wide programming that support the mission and the vision of the Division. The director of operations will work closely with Division leadership and senior staff to strategize and develop policies, plans and systems that will allow the Division to run efficiently and effectively, increase the visibility and deepen the impact of diversity, equity, inclusion, and community engagement both internally and externally. |

Immunization Requirements Under Policy 60.1.35 , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
