  This role will be expected to work out of the NY office twice a week

  About the People and Experience Team:

  The VaynerX People and Experience Team (P.E.T.) partners with leaders and our people to help them fulfill their potential and realize transformational outcomes for our clients. We share accountability for not only people's initiatives, but also the success of the organization we support. Each of us has a broad background in many areas of HR, and we are experts in addressing a wide variety of employee, management, acquisition, and organizational challenges. But we’re also fun.   What You'd Do:

  Own the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience

  Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.

  Build talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX

  Partner with CCO and VP of Recruiting to identify recruitment needs, establish a strategy, and effectively source, recruit, and advise on qualified candidates and high standard of portfolios

  Utilize outside-the-box recruitment methods to continually find innovative and groundbreaking ways to find, attract, and hire top talent for your client-base.

  Provide data points and insights on hiring workstream to consistently improve the process and quality of the hiring funnel

  Continuously educate and train hiring managers and interview panels on recruiting best practices and guidelines.

  Research, identify and develop relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources.

  Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by assembling powerful sourcing strategies

  What You've Got:

  7+ years of relevant experience recruiting within the creative advertising, marketing, digital design, or creative space

  A network, or an understanding, of the competitive marketplace within the creative industry across specifically: Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers from entry level to CD levels

  The ability to evaluate creative portfolios & candidates with ease, and the understandings and break-downs of creatively driven roles within advertising & marketing

  Experience managing a high volume of candidates

  Ability to learn new skills/processes/specialties quickly

  Comfortable carrying your own requisition load, keeping your recruiting skills sharp, and reinforcing mentorship and best practices to the Recruiting team

  Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

  Base Salary $140,000 - 190,000
