　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　As the Director of Cardiac Cath Lab, you would assume responsibility for the overall daily functions and staffing of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Departments. Our Cardiovascular Services team is comprised of skilled and fast-acting team members that have made a team they can call family! 　　The Director of Cath Lab/EP Lab plans, directs and manages the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab and staff to assure quality service on a 24-hour basis.

　　Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of department responsibilities in accord with corporate, hospital, department, and safe policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements.

　　Responsible for providing high-quality patient care to and acting as liaison with patients and their representatives, for promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and for appropriate resource management, and for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in related field

　　RN Preferred, (RRT, RCIS, RCES, CCVT, CPT accepted)

　　Understanding of Invasive Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology, Peripheral Vascular & Structural Heart.

　　MBA or MHA preferred

　　Five to Ten years of experience in Healthcare leadership
