  Do you have a track record of strong Sales leadership and hands on management of a sales organization ideally from within a high growth digital solution or technology consulting provider?

  Leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast-paced and technical client acquisition driven business.

  Significant experience and discipline in managing, reporting and accurately forecasting sales pipelines.

  Services and Transformational Sales, successfully selling solutions at the C-level with experience in managing and closing complex sales opportunities.

  Knowledge/Relationships of the Hyperscale Partners (M/Soft/Google/AWS)

  Broad relationship development and people networking.

  Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.

  About the role and what you will be doing:

  You will hold a strategic and pivotal role at Ensono where you will be responsible for helping to build, grow, and further develop our existing team, which focuses on winning Ensono new clients. This person will be expected to contribute to and own the creation of sales plans, sales strategy, and customer segmentation.

  We are looking for someone who will actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  The Key responsibilities

  Sales, Strategy and Leadership

  Ensure a balanced business with strong pipeline and new logo business wins, driving year-on-year double digit growth.

  Develop a high performing sales team, building on the existing teams, including recruiting and training.

  Actively contribute to and owning sales plan creation, sales strategy, and customer segmentation.

  Actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  Accurate deal level forecasting, providing clarity and setting expectations to senior leadership.

  Produce and present accurate reporting on sales KPI’s including a real and accurate forecasting discipline to senior leadership.

  Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities.

  Develop and execute successful sales campaigns for net new clients and existing base.

  Engage at C-level in enterprise customer organizations.

  Lean in on significant client escalations and issues.

  Forge and maintain close working relationships and networks with leadership team and director community.

  Evolve the function by identifying and implementing initiatives to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency.

  Strong day to day management of the new business sales team

  Conduct regular 1:1’s with each member of the team.

  Ensure personal development and training plans are in place.

  Coaching and mentoring to drive sales wins.

  Ensuring sales process adherence, Salesforce.com hygiene and best practice.

  Assess and manage team performance and monitor progress against targets and goals.
