This position is responsible for establishing strategic directionthrough analysis of customer/market insights to drive key strategicchoices for the franchise.What You\'ll Do You will focus on developmentof influence mapping and engagement plans, design of disease educationinitiatives, including peer to peer strategy across channels, speakerbureau build and management and key customer experience solutions thatcrosscut professional audiences.You will lead expert engagement strategyand planning within disease education, congress, professional societyand other KME relevant settings.Partner with leadership to prioritizemarketing strategies to drive success through addressing educationalneeds related to disease, treatment and patient care challenges incomplex market landscape. Oversee commercially led advisory boards,speaker bureau and other related tactics.Who You AreYou will have a deepunderstanding of HCP, KME and/or Key Account customer audiences, butalso the ability to collaborate with larger professional entities (e.g.,societies, health systems and/or third party B2B partners) and leadprojects that focus on supporting quality improvement. You will hit theground running through cross-functional development of strategic plansand identifying expert external partners to execute key education andsolutions in support of a novel therapy for postpartumdepression.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree required, MBA or advanceddegree preferred10+ years of commercial experience, within those, 5+years of marketing or marketing adjacent experience in the pharma orbiotech industryCustomer-facing or Medical Affairs experience aplusAbility to analyze data and insight to drive key choices and definea crisp 3-year customer strategy.Must exhibit leadership skills, abilityto perform in fast paced environments and ability to influence withoutauthority.Strong project and vendor management track record, includingresource allocation and fiscal management. Acts as lead of key vendors,including assessments and RFP decisions.A proven ability to prioritizeand manage complex and innovative projects and establish vision anddirection within a fast moving, challenging and energetic commercialenvironment.Strong scientific/medical aptitude, ability to communicatecomplex scientific/medical concepts in a clear and concisemanner.Driving is an essential duty of this job; candidates must have avalid driver\'s license and an acceptable driving record according toBiogen policy to be considered.Travel up to 30%PreferredSkills:Neurology, psychiatry, or women\'s health experienceAdditionalInformationAll your information will be kept confidential according toEEO guidelines.The base compensation range for this role is \$177,000 -\$265,500. Base salary is determined by a combination of factorsincluding, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience,internal equity, and location of the job.
