Reporting directly to the Americas Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving demand generation campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to revenue growth. This newly established role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for contributing and influencing a $600 million business.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategyCollaborate with global product marketing, sales, and segment leaders to ensure synergy in campaign efforts.Provide strategic direction to campaign managers, content creators, and creative teams.Team Management:Lead and inspire a team responsible for diverse market segments and go-to-market strategies.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Define and communicate clear goals, ensuring each team member understands their role in achieving targets.Campaign Development:Oversee the end-to-end creation of marketing campaigns, encompassing nurture campaigns, digital, paid, webinars, 3rd party event, etc. Experience in ABX as well as volume business is needed.Integrate newer technologies and adopt a customer-centric, people-first approachStay abreast of industry trends to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing operations, major events, and partner marketing teamsCollaborate with the global marketing organization to share best practicesPerformance Metrics:Sourced and influenced pipeline - as well a lead, MQL volume, account engagement, etc.Regularly analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Approximately 10 years of experience in designing and executing demand generation campaigns.Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with diverse go-to-market strategies, including transactional, land-and-expand, and enterprise approaches.Experience in leveraging technology for marketing effectiveness (i.e. 6sense and other AI tools)Familiarity with diverse go-to-market strategies, including transactional, land-and-expand, and enterprise approaches.Background in manufacturing preferred - ideally both hardware and software.Prior experience working for a global company, and occasional availability outside of regular business hours (to accommodate Nordic time zone).Hexagon Metrology, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer ?
