The Director, Client Services Operations (DCSO) is a highlymotivated professional with at least 10 years in a leadership role ofmanaging high performance, client facing account management teams. TheDCSO is responsible for defining, leading, and tracking operations andadministrative services to improve Navitus\'s ability to deliver a worldclass client experience. The Client Service Coordinators, ClinicalCoordinators and Sr Managers will report to this role. The DCSO isresponsible for supporting operational excellence as it relates toclient services, operational administration of our client\'s plan designand delivery of Navitus\' products and service and removingobstacles/solving customer issues in a timely manner. All with the goalof improving customer satisfaction and helping to achieve corporatestrategic goals this includes mentoring, providing guidance, training,performance reviews, and other such managerial tasks. The DCSO will haveregular interface with client services, clinical and operationsexecutive leadership. In this role, the DCSO will work to ensurecohesive teamwork across departments, provide oversight on key messagesrelative to culture and culture enhancements, remove obstacles tocooperation, gain consensus to resolve conflicts and guide resolutionsto work challenges. This will entail working with Navitus HumanResources and members of the senior leadership team to ensure policyadherence and develop new workplace policies as may be required; applyinnovative solutions to workplace issues; and participate in performancemanagement as may be necessary.
