Mozaic is looking for Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with individuals with disabilities in residential settings and help them achieve their goals!

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:

These residential caregivers help individuals uphold safe and healthy lifestyles within our community by assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores. They follow guidelines, medications, and care plans accurately, collaborating with other members of the support team, including families, healthcare professionals, and case managers, to ensure the overall well-being and quality of life of individuals with disabilities. Additionally, they provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and advocate for their rights and needs.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:

Experience with Developmental Disabilities is valued

High School Diploma/GED

Valid NYS Driver's License

Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Shifts Available:

Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate)

Overnight : 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate)

We have full-time and relief positions available!

New Enhanced Pay $17.00-$19.00/hr.+ based on experience and shift differentials!

Differential Pay includes evenings, overnights, and weekends
