　　Our Care Providers (Direct Support Professionals) provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities within the home setting. Working with a team, DSPs assist with daily living skills, personalized goals, arts and crafts, games, sensory activities, and accompany on outings in the community!

　　Provides daily care to the people we support with developmental and/or physical disabilities.Assists and encourages the people we support to care for immediate personal needs such as helping in the bathroom, bathing/showering, washing hands, and eating.Promotes participation and involvement in community outings.

　　Prepares nutritional meals based on individual needs and preferences.Teaches daily skills such as household chores, laundry, cleaning, and washing dishes, as appropriate, according to their individual plan.Administers medications to individuals as assigned (training provided).Keeps residence clean and organized.Documents all program data accurately and timely.SKILLS:

　　Enjoys working in a team environment.Has a willingness to learn new skills (we provide paid training).Has a drive to help others with their personal goals.Possesses some computer skills.QUALIFICATIONS:

　　High School Diploma, or equivalent required.Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record.
