Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Active driver’s license is required.

Bachelors degree required.

Previous experience preferred (not required)

Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment if going to a group home setting

Schedule:

Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM in Rutland, MA

Available Shifts: 3pm-11pm (double shift Saturday or Sundays), 11pm - 9am (4 10 hour shifts)
