Description

　　Summary:

　　Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization.

　　Work Schedule: Full Time Days

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversees activities and regulatory compliance that spans numerous hospitals and clinics.

　　Directs and evaluates operations, including Clinical Engineering technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

　　Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

　　Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.

　　Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

　　Requirements::

　　Bachelor's degree

　　8 years of relevant experience; 3 years of leadership experience.

　　The pay range for this position is: $57.56 - $92.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
