Description

We're hiring a part time Digital Project Manager based in EST time zone for a digital agency in Atlanta. This role primarily involves managing digital projects, including AI, data, and martech projects, in the industry. The role also requires client-facing skills and knowledge of a variety of software and technologies, including Monday.com experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of digital projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, and Cloud Technologies to enhance project efficiency

• Work closely with clients, handling both morning and evening meetings, to ensure their needs and expectations are met

• Utilize Content Management System (CMS) to manage and update digital content

• Leverage CRM to maintain accurate customer records and process customer applications

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize user experience and improve project outcomes

• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution

• Plan and execute campaign planning to increase brand awareness

• Ensure all project deliverables are met and of high quality

• Utilize monday.com for project management and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Monday.com for project management and tracking.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Backend Development, including understanding of coding languages and frameworks.

• Demonstrable experience with Cloud Technologies, including storage solutions and cloud-based applications.

• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS), including the ability to update and maintain web content.

• Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system operations and strategies.

• Proven experience in conducting AB Testing for website optimization and improvement.

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum project management methodology.

• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and how to implement them in digital projects.

• Experience in Campaign Planning, including strategizing, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns.

• Ability to create clear and concise Deliverables for each project stage.

• Experience in using monday.com for project management and team collaboration.
