　　Job Role :

　　The Digital Procurement Implementation Executive will be a part of the digital procurement project to provide project management to Services Procurement in India. The Digital Procurement Implementation Executive is accountable for the success of the Digital E2E implementation. The Digital Procurement Implementation Executive will be responsible for the overall success, including initiation, planning, and execution monitoring. Is responsible for making decisions both large and small. Will be required to work with the Services Procurement team to define the project deliverables, build its comprehensive work plan, and manage to the budget. Will work closely with the Head of Services Procurement India to make sure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Leadership and communication within the team to drive the projects is required.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Primary point of contact for overall deployment.

　　Partners with 3rd party, GIT, digital team and procurement

　　lead the project plan to drive deliverables and meet milestones.

　　Improve Utilization of the Ariba Spend management tools in India.

　　Support E auctions process for the Procurement team.

　　Influence change management planning and execution.

　　Provide reporting to ensure clear communication and drive decisions.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or relevant technical discipline.

　　Upto 5 years of practical working experience in Procurement, A good understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes including Procurement Software such as SAP, Ariba, eSourcing, Spend analyzer.

　　Advantage to have the Ability to understand and lead technology based discussions.
