With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job DescriptionSeeking 2nd shift Digital Press Operators and/or Trainee for our Digital and On-demand departments.Set up andoperate multiple pieces of digital equipment by reviewing job specifications, making equipment adjustments, and performing on going quality checks to produce quality forms which meet internal standards and customer needs.(Full training provided for Trainees)Operates various imaging equipment while maintaining quality that meets job specifications.Prepares for the job run time by reviewing the job specifications and making adjustments to the equipment to provide a sample of the finished product.Reviews the sample form with the supervisor using the equipment checklists to ensure that it meets all job specifications and quality requirementsChanges paper stock on the equipment and refills paper trays to keep the job running efficiently and on time.Visually inspects the forms during run time to ensure that they meet job specifications and quality standards.Troubleshoot and maintain the equipment.Cleans work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
