We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team based in New Jersey. This role is pivotal in driving our ecommerce footwear business forward, with a focus on designing for various digital platforms. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, allowing you to grow within our creative department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital designs for use in ecommerce, specifically within the footwear industry.

• Utilize skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging content.

• Develop and implement B2B2C strategies.

• Design and execute email campaigns, social campaigns, and display advertising.

• Create social media graphics and other digital content.

• Conceptualize and create design concepts, ensuring creativity in all outputs.

• Redesign assets as necessary, demonstrating originality and innovation.

• Collaborate with the team, offering ideas and accepting ideas from others.

• Work on deliverables that include but are not limited to Amazon, social, emails, push notifications, and display ads.

• Use experience in shoes or apparel industry to inform design decisions.

• Balance a clean style and aesthetic with a direct marketing approach.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of three years of experience as a Digital Designer

• Proficient in digital design applications including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro

• Experience in Business-to-business to Consumer (B2B2C) marketing strategies

• Familiar with eCommerce platforms and strategies

• Proven track record in creating effective email campaigns and email designs

• Previous experience in creating social campaigns, social content, and social media graphics

• Knowledge of display advertising is mandatory

• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative concepts

• Demonstrated design concept skills

• Experience in creating visually compelling digital designs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Must have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
