They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In business transformation digital solutions at PwC, you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools and other business applications. You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. Working in this area, you will assess the client’s approach for ERP security, business process and IT General Controls, while educating our clients on leading practice recommendations.

The Opportunity

As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency - Technology and Data team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful Oracle controls auditing, consulting, and implementation initiatives. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop rigorous deliverables. You are also responsible for identifying new service opportunities, managing SDLC for Oracle Cloud product implementations, and leading security/RMC design workshops with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and implementation of Oracle controls auditing and consulting initiatives

Supervise and coach team members, encouraging skill development

Manage client service accounts and project workstreams

Independently resolve complex challenges to produce top-quality deliverables

Identify new service opportunities and manage SDLC for Oracle Cloud implementations

Facilitate security and risk management design workshops with clients

Foster enduring client relationships

Maintain compliance with control design standards

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance, Accounting Technology, Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance Technology, Management Information Systems Accounting, Management Information Systems

4 years of Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $291,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
