As a part of an inpatient team of skilled Dietitians and Diet Technicians, you will provide quality nutrition care to hospitalized patients. 　　Working Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible start time, rotating weekends and holidays

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide direct patient care using Medical Nutrition Therapy to assess patients and develop goals and a plan of care.

　　Formulate a Nutrition Diagnosis and identify Malnutrition through Nutrition Focused Physical Assessment and the nationally established criteria for identification of malnutrition.

　　Accountable as nutrition liaison/expert to assigned units & participate as a member of interdisciplinary committees and projects.

　　Participate in department Quality Process Improvement activities.

　　Master's or Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics degree.

　　1-2 years healthcare experience preferred.

　　Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

　　Registered Dietitian (RD) or registration eligible (includes confirmation from accredited program that documentation has been submitted for processing) with employment contingent upon passing the RD examination within 6 months of date of hire.

　　Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania within 9 months of hire.
