Statement of Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the dietary supervisor is responsible for the room service operations and the supervision of the dietary employees in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear direction, either verbal or written.
Current ServSafe Certification
Experience: 1-3 years of food service experience, knowledge of therapeutic diets, 1+ years of supervisory experience
