Responsible for troubleshooting electrical control circuits and repairing and maintaining all electrical systems in the facility * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all hydraulic and pneumatic systems as needed * Responsible for repairing electrical furnaces and making sure they are properly maintained on a routine basis * You will also be repairing transformers, buss bars, water tower, pumps, and compressors as needed. * Responsible for troubleshooting electrical control circuits and repairing and maintaining all electrical systems in the facility * Capable of assisting or repairing PLC hardware for Die Cast and other plant equipment * Responsible to successfully complete all required safety training, including Lock/Out Tag/Out Training * Maintenance Techs will also repair water cooling systems and plant air systems when required. Repair/rebuild all parts of a die cast machine, gear reduction units, and forklifts * Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual * Follow the requirements of the Quality Policy, ISO/TS system, and procedures and participate in the Continuous Quality process * Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions in a timely manner * Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries, including wearing the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Pace is a career destination for engaged, passionate and talented people who are driven to seek the innovation, growth and opportunity that only we offer.
