　　We are searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team!

　　In this job opportunity you will be able to work in an international project with the Siemens Mobility portfolio company eos.uptrade, the market leader for Mobile Ticketing solutions in Germany.

　　Your job in this Expert role is to ensure that the day-to-day operation of our hybrid cloud infrastructure is secured. You will work with the IT Team which is on the quest to reduce the hassle Delivery Squads experience with Cloud infrastructure.

　　Help us build a sustainable future with cloud infrastructure that is of highest maintainability and quality! Possible tasks include:

　　Deploy highly available systems in our innovative sales and ticketing products.

　　Develop effective tooling and monitoring alerts to identify and resolve availability risks.

　　Troubleshoot production issues of distributed systems through all levels of our tech stack.

　　Support our delivery squads in automating the application lifecycle through build, test, stage, and deployment by using DevOps and continuous delivery/deployment best practices.

　　Provide On-Call service for core systems.

　　The stack in your responsibility :

　　· Containerization & Cluster Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

　　· Database: PostgreSQL, MYSQL, Apache Cassandra

　　· Cloud Tech on AWS: EKS, ECR, EC2, RDS, Route53 and more

　　· IaC: Terraform, Ansible

　　· SCM: Gitlab, Bitbucket

　　· CI/CD: Gitlab CI, Jenkins

　　You have successfully implemented manageable cloud infrastructure with the help of some of the following expertise.

　　Languages: Required professional English

　　5+ years’ experience as Kubernetes Administrator for docker container orchestration.

　　You have successfully completed the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) program.

　　10+ years of experience in the application of Infrastructure as code via e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform.

　　You have expert knowledge of cloud-based application deployments on Amazon Web Services.

　　You have 5+ years’ experience working with Software Development Teams as a System Administrator or similar role.

　　The ISO-OSI model supports you in understanding network protocols and in basic troubleshooting of network devices and overlay networks.

　　Knowledge of cloud security principles to protect cloud data from unauthorized users and malicious attacks.
