　　This case management position develops, assures implementation, andmonitors supports for persons with intellectual disabilities on thecaseload. As needed this position assists in supporting our residencesalong with other Service Coordinator colleagues. Strong supervisory,organizational and inter-personal skills required. Extensive trainingand mentoring provided but candidates need to have a minimum of 3 yearsof experience in a related field and a B.A. degree. Comparableexperience with a High School diploma may be considered. Basic scheduleis 8-4pm M-F, but must be flexible to respond to emergency situationsand some after-hours calls. The work is fast-paced, challenging andfulfilling! There are two openings: one with 37.5 hours for oursupervised apartment program and the second one with 40 hours thatinclude the Adult Family Care and TBI programs.
