Responsible for thesuccess, coordination, administration and stewardship of the direct mailcampaign and recognition activities for Community Memorial Foundation.Assists with cultivation and solicitation of special gifts. Serves as anactive member of the development team. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of six years of experience in fundraising with an emphasis on annual giving is required. Demonstratedsuccess in fund raising is required. Experience with Raisers Edgesoftware is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'s degree inPhilanthropic Studies, Communications, Marketing or Liberal Arts isrequired. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must possess excellent writtenskills. In depth knowledge of current fund-raising software, currentlyRaisers Edge. Ability to work effectively with volunteers and donors andcultivate relationships. Strong organization and planning skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. General bookkeepingskills. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Association of Fundraising Professionals(AFP) membership is preferred.
