Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) is in its 58th year of operation and is the leading provider of comprehensive early childhood education and family support programs in Southwest Washington. We serve over 1,350 children and families furthest from opportunity annually in our federal and state early learning programs. Another 2,000 children are served in the HotShots Youth Sports program for children grades 1-6. Our service areas include Clark County, Long Beach in Pacific County, and the Woodland portion of Cowlitz County. If so, our new Manager/Director of Development position might be the right match for you! This is a newly created and key position of EOCF's Innovation team with responsibility for formalizing EOCF's major gifts program to include planned and legacy giving, donor stewardship, and fundraising, ensuring a best-in-class donor experience. This position will be critical in launching and executing each phase of EOCF's upcoming capital campaign in partnership with the leadership team. Based out of EOCF's Administration headquarters in Vancouver, WA, this position requires a flexible schedule including work on evenings and weekends as needed to attend meetings and community events. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with an annual salary range of $78,249.60-$114,878.40.

What skills can you bring to the EOCF team?

A bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, business administration or related field and a minimum of five years of similar experience with proven fundraising results; capital campaign experience desirable. Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work will be considered.

· Develop and implement long-range plans for donor solicitation, engagement and cultivation.

· Balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Plan and execute large and small-scale fundraising events.

· Outstanding oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to produce accurate and professional correspondence and reports.

· Communicate effectively, work cooperatively, and exercise good judgment with staff and partners with diverse cultural backgrounds.
