　　Prologis seeks an undergraduate-level intern passionate about real estate development to help us further development and construction innovation efforts within the New York/New Jersey market. This individual will work within the New York City/New Jersey Development team, and have direct exposure to Prologis' entitlement, design, and construction process. During the 10-12 week program, you'll contribute to projects that impact the business on a global scale.Support local Development Managers with regular reports and financial tracking logsProvide Field support and observations, as needed, to help Development Managers maintain oversight of job site activitiesDevelop or advance at least 2 construction initiatives, Net Zero, or Carbon Neutral corporate initiativesReview Job specific documents including drawings, RFIs, RFPs, meeting minutes, and invoicesGain Professional experience by working in a corporate setting
