Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Chandler, Arizona, United States. This role focuses on providing technical troubleshooting and support within our team, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from processing tickets to server support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Mac Computers and Microsoft systems.

• Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts and access controls.

• Ensure the proper functioning of computer hardware within the organization.

• Implement and manage Configuration Management processes to maintain system integrity.

• Deploy and install new hardware and software solutions as required.

• Provide deskside support to staff, addressing any technical issues they may encounter.

• Actively contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Support server systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Manage and resolve tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies. Requirements • Proficiency in Mac Computers is essential

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications

• Experience with Active Directory operations and management

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair

• Understanding of Configuration Management and its practical application

• Proven experience with software and hardware Deployments

• Prior experience in Deskside Support roles is beneficial

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must possess strong customer service skills
