This individual would be part of the current support group that is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Bureau's systems and equipment. While supporting the Tax Administration Services Bureau, they'll be working with staff and technologies under the Individual Income Tax Division, Business Taxpayer Services Division, City Tax Division and Special Taxes Division. The Departmental Analyst performs a wide variety of tasks, including: interacting with staff, researching and presenting new metrics, leading system upgrades, and finding ways to enhance the customer experience.
