Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:Instructional Mastery: From classrooms to labs, clinical settings, andonline environments, you'll deliver active and effective learningexperiences. Prepare engaging lesson plans, assess student performance,and effectively present subject matter to ignite students' passion for adental hygiene career.Student Interaction: Foster a conducive learning environment, serve as arole model for professionalism, and provide regular, constructive feedbackto students. Your mentorship will guide them to excel in their academicjourneyContinuous Improvement: Stay current with instructional methodologies andengage in ongoing professional development, including CEUs when required.Attend workshops and seminars to enhance your instructional and professionalskills.Beyond the Classroom: You'll contribute to our campus culture byparticipating in student and campus activities (such as graduation),assisting in maintaining classrooms, and supporting inventory organizationand equipment maintenance.Join the Mission: At Concorde you're a partnerin shaping healthcare's future. Qualifications
Your Qualifications:* Must be a graduate of a CODA accredited program.* A Bachelor's degree required (in any field) with a minimum of anAssociate's Degree in Dental Hygiene required.* Current and unencumbered dental hygiene license in state of employment* Minimum of four years of clinical experience as a hygienist.* Current CPR certification issued by AHA.* Prior teaching experience is preferred.* Documented background in educational methodology consistent with teachingassignments.* Current knowledge of the specific subject being taught.* Evidence of participation in workshops, in-service training, andscholarly productivity is preferred.Join us at Concorde and embark on afulfilling journey of education, personal growth, and communitydevelopment.
