　　About the role

　　We are currently seeking a dynamic Demi Chef de Partie to join in our very busy kitchen. As our Demi Chef de Partie you will assist with preparing dishes and supporting the wider culinary team.

　　You will be supporting our chefs in the preparation, cooking and plating of the dishes to ensure these meet standards and quality. This is an exciting role that will keep you busy as well as keep you improving your culinary skills.

　　About you

　　Previous experience as Commis

　　Professional qualification in kitchen

　　Familiarity with health and safety regulations

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Minimum 2 years' experience
