　　Job title: Demand Planner II

　　Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid)

　　Working hours: 15:00 - 23:00h (9- 5 US)

　　Position Summary :

　　This position is responsible for service parts demand planning, calculating, establishing, and continuously maintaining the required and correct Inventory targets across respective regions and customer accounts.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility :

　　This position reports / works very closely with the Area Planning Manager and supports him/her in calculating, establishing, and continuously maintaining the required and correct Inventory targets across country / Europe.

　　Monitoring availability of spares in the following Logistics locations : CE PPK ( customer engineer car ), FSL’s ( field stocking locations ) and CCW’s ( Country central warehouse ).

　　Works closely with Management and Teams in supported countries and beyond, to understand business requirements in different countries and pairs the acquired business knowledge with available data to take planning decisions.

　　Monitors performance KPI’s and adjusts activities to meet given objectives

　　Reports issues/concerns to appropriate personnel.

　　Collaborates with other division subject-matter experts to uncover root causes of problems and assists with resolution.

　　Generates reports, captures information, and records data using desktop tools.

　　Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of assigned processes and procedures.

　　The right candidate needs to be self-driven and able to work unsupervised with high attention to detail

　　She / He, Must be a strong Team player, Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Innovative, and capable to look outside the box for solutions

　　She / He, Must be very skilled in Analytics and be proficient in MS office applications such as MS Excel and MS Access.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Highly skilled in data Analysis Proficiency in MS Applications especially MS Access and Excel.

　　Two years of related experience in Supply Chain / Logistics

　　Fluent English (Listening, reading, writing and speaking)

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Experience in Customer Service

　　Economics or Analytics or Supply Chain Studies

　　Good understanding of budget management
